Our research project focuses on the “Sene_Signature” in elderly cancer patients – a novel molecular characteristic and classification of senescence for geriatric breast cancer (GBC). Through this scoring system, we can not only gain a deeper understanding of the biological characteristics of elderly patients but also pave the way for novel approaches in personalized treatments.

 

2. Virtual Screening for Drug Discovery (http://zhaoliminlab.cn/vs/)

Our small molecule drug virtual screening website aims to provide structure-based drug screening methods. The main functions of this website include: Preprocessing of protein structures, binding pocket prediction, molecular docking, consensus scoring methods that combine multiple docking scores, multi-stage screening strategies, and visualization of results, among others.
